Step 1/4

Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Step 2/4
- 50 g flour
- 1 egg
- 75 ml milk
- 1 pinch salt
- bowl
- whisk
Measure out the flour and milk. Combine into a bowl with the salt and egg then whisk it all together to make the batter. Set this aside.
Step 3/4
- 2 tbsp oil
- 4 pork sausages
- baking tin
In a small deep baking tray, drizzle the oil over the pork sausages and give it a shake to make sure the sausages are coated. Roast in the oven for 15 minutes.
Step 4/4
Take the dish out and pour the batter mixture in with the sausages and roast for a further 30 minutes.
