mixed fruit
¼ cup
blueberry
2 tbsp
instant coffee powder (for dusting)
2 tbsp
sweetened cocoa powder (for dusting)
2 tbsp
coffee liqueur
½ tsp
vanilla extract

puffed rice cereal
¼ cup
coffee liqueur

  • Step 1/ 3

    • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
    • ½ cup chia seed
    • 2 tbsp coffee liqueur
    • ½ tsp vanilla extract

    Mix ingredients and chill in refrigerator for a few hours or until firm.

    • ¼ cup granola
    • ¼ cup puffed rice cereal
    • ¼ cup coffee liqueur

    Mix granola and rice cereal with the liqueur.

    Layer up fruit, granola and chia pudding in a long glass. End with a layer of pudding and dust off with a mix of ground instant coffee and cocoa. Garnish with fruits, mint.
