    • 1 tbsp pesto
    • 1 tbsp red pesto
    • eggs
    • flaky sea salt
    • pepper
    • chili flakes
    • nonstick pan (large, with lid)
    • spatula

    Heat a non-stick frying pan with lid over medium heat. Add green pesto on one side and red pesto on the other and distribute with a spoon. Crack eggs into the pan on the two different pesto. Cover with the lid and cook until the egg yolk is almost set. Season with flaky sea salt, pepper, chili flakes.

    • 1 tbsp feta cheese

    In the meantime, toast your sourdough bread. Divide one avocado onto the two pieces of bread and gently smash with a fork. Top one with ricotta cheese and honey, the other one with crumbled feta cheese. Top the ricotta cheese one with green pesto egg and the feta one with red pesto egg. Enjoy!
