700 g Chicken thighs
5 tbsp oil
5 cloves garlic
Onions
30 g ginger
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp tomato purée (passata)
400 ml Tomato soup
100 ml water

    • 5 tbsp oil

    • 30 g ginger
    • 1 tbsp garam masala
    • 1 tbsp curry powder
    • Salt

    Sweat off the spices for 5 minutes until the oil turns a reddish colour.

  • Step 2/3

    • 700 g Chicken thighs
    • 1 tbsp tomato purée (passata)

    Once everything’s been sweated off and the spices have cooked out. Add the tomato purée and chicken. Continue to cook until the chicken has some nice colour.

  • Step 3/3

    • 400 ml Tomato soup
    • 100 ml water

    Add the liquids and cook on low for 20-25 minutes.
