Tiki Tiki Explosion

Step 1/4

• 4 tbsp caster sugar
• 2 egg yolk

Whisk the sugar and the egg yolk in a small bowl.

Step 2/4

• 200 ml tropical fruit drinks
• 200 ml apple juice
• 200 ml pineapple juice

Pour all of the juices in a cocktail-shaker and also add the yolk and sugar into the cocktail-shaker.

Step 3/4

Now Shake for around 30-60 seconds then strain into a cup.

Step 4/4

Now for the garnish: grate the nut meg and cinnamon then take a slice of the orange take all of the flesh out and rap it around the straw repeat until all of the straw is covered. Now enjoy 😃
