    The first step is to cut the unions and fry them with the lemon basra with a bit of oil

  • Step 2/7

    • 280 g beef

    When the unions are golden brown, add the beef which are cutted in pieces to the pan. Fry until the beef turns brown colored.

    • ⅝ l water

    Add the boiling water, and wait until the meat becomes soft. This can take up to 1,5-2 hours

    • Ÿ tbsp tomato paste

    Now add the tomato paste and let it simmer for a bit

    • 320 g Chickpeas
    • 1ÂŒ tomatoes

    Add the tomato, potato and chickpeas to the stock and wait until these are cooked

    Add salt, black pepper and chili flakes to the stock for flavor

  • Step 7/7

    • flatbread

    Serve the dish with flatbread. Cut the bread in pieces and lay on the plate and then serve the Tashreeb on top, so that the bread becomes soft and moist
