  • Step 1/3

    • 1 eggplant

    Cut the eggplant into cubes. Gril for 7 minutes.

    • 250 g tagliatelle

    Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the box.

  • Step 3/3

    • 60 g feta cheese
    • 10 leaves basil

    Add the aubergine to the pasta and finish with feta and basil. Enjoy!
