“In my family, we have tacos pretty much every Wednesday, and we often have some leftover meat filling. That’s why we invented this sauce. This is great to reuse leftovers, and have a special sauce for pasta.”

350 g Taco Filling
Carrot, diced
500 ml beef stock
750 ml water
125 ml milk
3 tbsp starch
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1 tsp oil (for frying)

    Wash, peel and dice the carrot.

    Take about 2 1/2 cups of taco filling (the filling is made of beef, red bell pepper and onions)
