Strawberry Lime Chilled Oats

Step 1/4
- 1 cup Quick Oats
- 2 cup Water or Milk
- 2 lime
- saucepan
In a medium saucepan add the oats, cooking liquid of choice, and zest and juice of one lime. Cook according to package directions
Step 2/4
- 2 cup Strawberries
- 4 tbsp cashews
- paring knife
- cutting board
While the oats cook, chop the strawberries and cashews
Step 3/4
- 8 fl oz vanilla yogurt
Once oats are cooked, remove from heat and mix in yogurt, strawberries, and cashews
Step 4/4
Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with lime zest, chill for at least one hour or up to overnight. Enjoy!
