“This same recipe can be adapted with any other soft fruit. I recommend adding enough lemon juice to counter the sweetness of other fruits with some acidity.”
Puree the strawberries.
Mix the Double Cream, Caster Sugar and Lemon Juice into the puree.
Cool the mix in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Place the cooled mix into the Ice Cream Maker and mix until the desired consistency is reached.
