double cream
37½ g
caster sugar
20 ml
lemon juice
Step 1/4
- 200 g strawberries
Puree the strawberries.
Step 2/4
- 100 ml double cream
- 37½ g caster sugar
- 20 ml lemon juice
Mix the Double Cream, Caster Sugar and Lemon Juice into the puree.
Step 3/4
Cool the mix in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Step 4/4
Place the cooled mix into the Ice Cream Maker and mix until the desired consistency is reached.
