- 400 g broad beans
Wash and Peel the Broad Beans
- 5 stalks Spring onions
- 5 cloves garlic
After peeling, you will get some beans as in the pic; chop the garlic and spring onions into small pieces
- 20 ml oil
Add oil into pan, stir fry the garlic and spring onion first, then add beans. Fry for 5 mins then add boiled water to cover the beans. Cook for 20 mins
When water is steamed, serve and add salt if needed
