paella rice
¾ l chicken soup
100 g tomato sauce
1 head garlic
red pointed pepper
5 ml olive oil
½ green pointed pepper
200 g green beans
100 g shiitake mushrooms
150 g turkeys
200 g artichoke hearts
2 pinches salt

    • 100 g tomato sauce
    • 1 head garlic

    • 150 g turkeys
    • 200 g artichoke hearts
    • 2 pinches salt
    • ½ green pointed pepper
    • 5 ml olive oil
    • 200 g green beans

    Brown the turkey in small chunks in oil and remove. We add another stream of olive oil and fry the green pepper in strips. Let's take the garlic head, cut at the tail and add the whole head to the casserole. We add the green beans cut into pieces of approximately 3 centimeters, the artichokes cut into quarters and the lady and mix everything well. Add the crushed tomato and cook for a few minutes.

    We add the turkey that we had removed along with the juices that have been released. Add two measures of bomba rice and fry for two minutes, making sure to cook all the grains. We add the sitake mushrooms and pour the poultry stock and put on high heat for 5 minutes. After that time we go down to medium heat for another 15 minutes. Ready to eat!!
