- 10 ml olive oil
- â tsp mustard
- â tbsp red pesto
- â tbsp lemon juice
- 133â g minced meat (lean beef)
Combine the minced meat, olive oil, red pesto, mustard, lemon juice In a small bowl and mix well.
Step 2/4
- â tbsp capers
- â garden redish (small cubes)
- â tbsp chives (chopped)
- â tbsp cilantro (chopped)
- 1â tbsp pickled cabbage and carrots (grated)
- 1â tbsp onion (small cubes)
Add already cut onion, redish, capers, pickles, chopped cilantro and chives. Mix everything together.
Step 3/4
- 26â g broccoli sprouts
Sprinkle broccoli sprouts on bread slices.
