1 tbsp capers
2 tbsp onion (small cubes)
15 ml olive oil
1 tbsp red pesto
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp mustard
garden redish (small cubes)
2 tbsp pickled cabbage and carrots (grated)
1 tbsp chives (chopped)
1 tbsp cilantro (chopped)
40 g broccoli sprouts
bread slices
salt and pepper to taste

    Combine the minced meat, olive oil, red pesto, mustard, lemon juice In a small bowl and mix well.
