- 15 ml olive oil
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp red pesto
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 200 g minced meat (lean beef)
Combine the minced meat, olive oil, red pesto, mustard, lemon juice In a small bowl and mix well.
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1 garden redish (small cubes)
- 1 tbsp chives (chopped)
- 1 tbsp cilantro (chopped)
- 2 tbsp pickled cabbage and carrots (grated)
- 2 tbsp onion (small cubes)
Add already cut onion, redish, capers, pickles, chopped cilantro and chives. Mix everything together.
Sprinkle broccoli sprouts on bread slices.
Top with the mixture. Garnish with some cilantro and enjoy!
