spaghetti
2 cups
baby spinach
2 cloves
garlic
2 tbsp
blue cheese
⅔ tbsp
oregano
¼ cup
olive oil
2 tbsp
pine nuts
⅔ tbsp
lemon

Step 1/4
- ¼ bag spaghetti
- pot
Cook spaghetti (or your preferred pasta) in a pot with boiling water and some salt.
Step 2/4
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp blue cheese
- ⅔ tbsp oregano
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- ⅔ tbsp lemon
- 2 cups baby spinach
- blender
In a blender, mix baby spinach, garlic cloves, blue cheese, oregano, pine nuts, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste and a squeeze of lemon. Blend until smooth.
Step 3/4
Add the pesto into the pot and combine with the pasta. Close to allow to warm.
Step 4/4
Serve warm.
