⅓ bag spaghetti
3 cups baby spinach
3 cloves garlic
3 tbsp blue cheese
1 tbsp oregano
⅓ cup olive oil
3 tbsp pine nuts
1 tbsp lemon

  • Step 1/4

    • ⅓ bag spaghetti
    • pot

    Cook spaghetti (or your preferred pasta) in a pot with boiling water and some salt.

  • Step 2/4

    • 3 cloves garlic
    • 3 tbsp blue cheese
    • 1 tbsp oregano
    • ⅓ cup olive oil
    • 3 tbsp pine nuts
    • 1 tbsp lemon
    • 3 cups baby spinach
    • blender

    In a blender, mix baby spinach, garlic cloves, blue cheese, oregano, pine nuts, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste and a squeeze of lemon. Blend until smooth.

    Add the pesto into the pot and combine with the pasta. Close to allow to warm.

  • Step 4/4

    Serve warm.
