spaghetti
2 cups
baby spinach
2 cloves
garlic
2 tbsp
blue cheese
tbsp
oregano
¼ cup
olive oil
2 tbsp
pine nuts
tbsp
lemon

  • Step 1/ 4

    • ¼ bag spaghetti
    • pot

    Cook spaghetti (or your preferred pasta) in a pot with boiling water and some salt.

  • Step 2/ 4

    • 2 cloves garlic
    • 2 tbsp blue cheese
    • tbsp oregano
    • ¼ cup olive oil
    • 2 tbsp pine nuts
    • tbsp lemon
    • 2 cups baby spinach
    • blender

    In a blender, mix baby spinach, garlic cloves, blue cheese, oregano, pine nuts, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste and a squeeze of lemon. Blend until smooth.

  • Step 3/ 4

    Add the pesto into the pot and combine with the pasta. Close to allow to warm.

  • Step 4/ 4

    Serve warm.
