Spicy sesame peanut butter noodles
"For me, no pantry is complete without soy sauce, rice vinegar, toasted sesame oil, and some sort of chili-garlic sauce. Stirred together, these ingredients—a cosmos of salt, fat, acid, heat, and umami—can elevate any dish, including plain spaghetti noodles. I kept it simple here to let the sesame peanut butter sauce shine, but feel free to experiment with other crunchy veggies, like carrot, cucumber, or radish. #stayhomekeepcooking"
