Spaghetti with meatballs

Step 1/3

- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oil
- 300 g spaghetti
- pot
- Strainer
Boil as per packs instructions, drain and rinse with cold water and set aside
Step 2/3
- 250 g ground beef
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- 90 g Coriander
- 90 g breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp hot paprika powder
- 1 Onion small chopped
- ½ tsp Black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp salt
- food grinder
Grind well until all combined, grease hands with oil and make 1&1/2 inch meat balls, add 1tbs oil and shallow fry until light brown
Step 3/3
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 Small onion chopped
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 3 Tomato boiled, peeled and deseeded
- 125 ml tomato paste
- ½ tsp sugar
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- ½ tsp Black pepper powder
- 1 tsp Red chilli flakes
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1½ tsp salt
- 125 ml water
- 1 tsp vinegar
Add oil, onion, garlic paste and mix then add tomatoes and cook until tomatoes are soft. Add tomato paste, sugar, dried parsley, black pepper powder, red chilli flakes, oregano, salt and mix well then add water and vinegar and cook until desired consistency. Add meatballs and simmer for 5-6 mins
