Start cooking the pasta in plenty of water and a pinch of salt.
Peel off the shrimps. Put the heads on a medium pan, and reserve the peeled shrimps.
Add the olive oil to the heads in the pot and heat it.
Stirr and lower the heat to add the smashed garlic cloves and the chili. Let it boil for around 5 minutes.
Lower the heat to the minimum and take off the shrimps' heads, the chili and the garlic cloves, leaving only the flavored olive oil.
Add the cookeds shrimps followed by the pasta and quickly mix it.
Add the cream and take it of the heat as you mix it all together.
Serve with parsley at taste.
