1 lb whole weat pasta
5 leaves lettuce
carrots
cucumbers
12 black olives
4 fl oz lemon juice
4 fl oz soy sauce
2 fl oz olive oil
1 tbsp honey
¼ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp ginger
walnut (for serving)
1 pinch sesame seed (for serving)
red beet (optional)

    • 1 lb whole weat pasta
    • cooker

    Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted boiling water. Drain the water and set the pasta aside.

    • cucumbers
    • 12 black olives
    • red beet (optional)
    • fine grater
    • cutting board
    • knife

    Grate the carrots and cucumbers. Chop the olives, the lettuce leaves and the beets.

    Put the choped ingredients in a large bowl. Add the pasta.

    • 2 fl oz olive oil
    • 1 tbsp honey

    • ½ tsp pepper
    • 1 tsp salt
    • ¼ tsp ginger

    To prepare the dressing, mix in a small bowl: lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, honey, pepper, salt, ginger and garlic powder.
