Sour Cherry and rice with fried chicken

- 1⅓ cups of seedless sour cherries
- ⅔ cup of sugar plus more
First, pour the seedless cherries with the sugar in a saucepan and cook over medium heat for half an hour.
- 1⅓ cups of rice
- 2 chicken thighs
- ⅔ Large onion
- ⅓ tsp Saffron
- ⅓ green bell pepper
- ⅓ tsp Turmeric
- ¼ cup of oil(sesame or canola) separated
- Salt and pepper
Roast the chicken with minced onion, salt, pepper and turmeric . Then we chop the bell pepper and add it to the chicken and cover and let it cook on a medium heat. Boil the rice and drain. We have to take it a little drier so that it does not loosen after brewing.
- 1⅓ tbsp Butter
- ⅔ tbsp Greek yogurt
Pour a spoonful of thick yogurt and salt into the pot, mix with oil and a little brewed saffron.Then sprinkle rice on this mixture. Then mix the rest of the rice with cooked cherries (without syrup ) and pour into a pot. Separate the chicken extract around the chicken and pour it on the rice. Pour a little cherry jam juice and a little more sugar on the rice. Put two spoons of butter on the rice and brew for 45 minutes.
Add remaining brewed saffron to the chicken and let it fry for 15 more minutes. After the rice is brewed, serve rice and fried chicken together and enjoy it.
