First, pour the seedless cherries with the sugar in a saucepan and cook over medium heat for half an hour.

Then mix the rest of the rice with cooked cherries (without syrup ) and pour into a pot. Separate the chicken extract around the chicken and pour it on the rice. Pour a little cherry jam juice and a little more sugar on the rice. Put two spoons of butter on the rice and brew for 45 minutes.
Add remaining brewed saffron to the chicken and let it fry for 15 more minutes. After the rice is brewed, serve rice and fried chicken together and enjoy it.
