Ingredients

Pieces:-8+
bananas (overripe)
1 tsp lemon juice
flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
4 scoops brown sugar
8 tbsp butter (soft)
eggs (room temperature)
1½ tsp vanilla extract
1 scoop buttermilk

    Preheat oven to 325

  • Step 2/10

    Grease and flour the loaf pan

  • Step 3/10

    In a medium sized bowl, mash bananas and add lemon juice. Then set aside

    • 1 tsp baking soda
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • ½ tsp salt

    In a large bowl, whisk together your flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt

    In a medium bowl, cream together butter and sugar

    Beat eggs until combined then fold in the bananas

  • Step 7/10

    Add vanilla extract and buttermilk. Mixed until combined. Then add dry mixture to wet mixture

    Pour batter in loaf pan.

  • Step 9/10

    Bake for 45 mins. Cooking time may vary. Toothpick inserted should come out clean and bread should be golden on the outside

  • Step 10/10

    Brush the top with butter and enjoy.
