“As a student, I barely have time to make myself a decent breakfast. So, I come up with an idea that I can do this in a short and quick time before going to school. This can be a full and quick breakfast for children/students who wants to have a good breakfast before heading to school. Probably a good idea for families to prepare a quick snack for their love ones too! Smoked salmon is bone-free, but I cannot guarantee that whether the smoked salmons you bought is kid-friendly. Enjoy!”

Utensils

  • Microwave
  • Step 1/4

    • ½ slice avocado (ripe)
    • 1 sheet Wrap

Lay out a piece of wrap, use a small knife to flesh out half-sliced avocado. Mash up the avocado and spread it on the wrap.

  • Step 2/4

    • 2 tsp mayonnaise

Squeeze in a ‘z’ shape mayonnaise twice onto the wrap (or use 2 tablespoons instead). Spread it nicely along with the mashed avocado

  • Step 3/4

    • 2 slices smoked salmon

Lay about 2-3 slices thin slices of smoked salmon onto the wrap. Wrap it up by folding from the left, then the right side of it; like a blanket.

  • Step 4/4

    • Microwave

Place it into a microwave for 30 seconds to have a softer taste for both the salmon and the texture of the wrap
