smoked salmon
6 slices
brioche
20 g
peas
20 g
cheddar cheese
20 g
carrots
30 g
kale
10 ml
olive oil
  • Step 1/2

    • 20 g peas
    • 20 g cheddar cheese
    • 20 g carrots
    • 30 g kale
    • 10 ml olive oil

    Boil peas and carrots slides for 10 mins; drain in ice water then drain and transfer to a large mixing bowl. Add oil and salt and kale and cheese to flavouring

    In a big plate, add brioche slices and place salmon on to the bread, add some seasonal salad on the other side. Then put the buns together! Voila, super simple sandwich is done!
