Combine all spices to create dry rub.
Rub spice mix over all sides of pork shoulder and place in slow cooker. Pour broth of your choosing into bottom of slow cooker.
Cook on low for 8 hours or until pork reaches internal temperature of 150 degrees Fahrenheit. However, pork will pull apart easier at a higher temperature closer to 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine broccoli slaw and Greek yogurt together for an optional topping.
Serve in tortillas, on nachos, over a bowl of greens, or however you would like. Top with broccoli slaw. Enjoy!
