Chop up bell pepper, add to pan with oil and start frying.
- 2 cups tomatoes
- ground cumin
Add canned tomatoes, cumin, harissa seasoning, and salt to bell peppers. Continue to cook until peppers are soft.
- butter (for greasing)
- 3 eggs
- feta cheese
Grease a cast iron skillet with butter. Add cooked peppers and sauce. Crack open 3 eggs on top. Sprinkle feta cheese.
Put cast iron pan into oven. Bake at 356° Fahrenheit for 12 minutes.

Top off egg dish with feta cheese, cilantro, and black pepper. This meal can be served with bread on the side.
