Step 1/6
- 500 g flour
- 60 g sugar
- 1 tbsp active dry yeast
- 60 ml vegetable oil
- 350 ml water
- 1 tsp salt
In a bowl, mix the water, sugar, oil, salt, flour and yeast until form a heavy dough

- stand mixer with dough hook
Transfer the dough to a clean counter dusted with a little of flour, and knead (with more flour if needed) until it doesn’t sticks to your hands and is very smooth. This process should take about 15 to 20 minutes. (It can be made in one stand mixer)

Put the dough back in the bowl and cover it with a clean cloth, put in a warm place and let the dough rise for at least 40 minutes
Step 4/6
- 150 g Fresh mozzarela
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 1 tbsp heavy cream
Mash the cheese with a fork, add the parsley, salt, sour cream and the mashed cheese in a bowl and mix it well.
Step 5/6
Open the dough in a clean surface dusted with the cornmeal with the finger tips in a round shape, leaving an small edge, place in a greased and floured pan. Make some holes in the dough using a fork
Step 6/6
Put the filling and bake in a preheated oven at 450 degrees for about 15 minutes, or until golden
