    • 8 ml vegetable oil

    In a bowl, mix the water, sugar, oil, salt, flour and yeast until form a heavy dough

    Transfer the dough to a clean counter dusted with a little of flour, and knead (with more flour if needed) until it doesn’t sticks to your hands and is very smooth. This process should take about 15 to 20 minutes. (It can be made in one stand mixer)
