Step 1/2
- ⅔ l milk
- 60 g semolina (fine)
- whisk
Start cooking the milk with the semolina. Keep stirring otherwise it can burn on the bottom. (I use fine semolina because that cooks quicker but corse semolina is good too.)
Step 2/2
- 33⅓ g sugar
Once the semolina is ready, take off the gas and add the sugar. Stir well and put into smaller bowls. Let it cool a bit.
