dried seaweed

  • Step 1/7

    Soak the seaweed in water for at least 40 minutes. Drain and put aside.

  • Step 2/7

    • sesame oil (for frying)
    • 1 clove garlic
    • 16 g dried seaweed
    • pot

    Mince garlic, stir-fry with sesame oil until golden brown. Add seaweed, continue stirring.

  • Step 3/7

    • 400 ml water

    Add water. Bring to boil.

  • Step 4/7

    • 60 g rolled oats

    Add oatmeal, reduce heat a little and let it cook for about 3 minutes.

  • Step 5/7

    • 2 egg
    • 2 tsp salt

    In a bowl, crack the egg and add salt. Slightly beat the mixture. Add it to the oatmeal.

  • Step 6/7

    Let the oat porridge cook until the texture is not too liquidy nor dry.

  • Step 7/7

    Serve with kimchi (optional).
