    First, you have to combine the flour, the baking powder, the sugar and the salt in a bowl. Mix the ingredients equally.

    Secondly, you have to chop the butter into pea-sized pieces and mix it with the rest of the ingredients in the bowl.

    Thirdly, when you have already mixed all the previous ingredients, you must add the yogurt, the egg and heavy cream in the mixed.

    Use your hands and start combining all the ingredients to make dough (5 min).

  • Step 5/6

    Take the dough and stretch it. Repeat this one more time and finally stretch the dough to cut the pieces. The dough must have a height of 2/3 cm.

  • Step 6/6

    To conclude, you must put the pieces of scones in a plate. Introduce the plate in the oven and wait 18 min to remove from it.
