baking powder
10⅔ g
sugar

⅔ tbsp
oil
21⅓ ml
milk

Utensils
sieve, whisk, spatula, pastry cutter, glass, brush
Step 1/ 6
- 64 g flour
- ⅛ pinch salt
- ⅓ tbsp baking powder
- 10⅔ g sugar
- sieve
Sift flour, salt, baking powder and sugar into a bowl.
Step 2/ 6
- ⅔ tbsp oil
- 21⅓ ml milk
- ⅓ eggs
- whisk
In a separate bowl beat 2 eggs, the oil and milk.
Step 3/ 6
- spatula
Add wet ingredients to the dry. Mix until it forms a dough. If sticky add a little flour.
Step 4/ 6
- pastry cutter
- glass
Roll out and cut out circles.
Step 5/ 6
- ⅛ egg
- brush
Brush with beaten egg or milk.
Step 6/ 6
Bake for 10 - 12 mins. Then enjoy with cheese and jam.
