384 g flour
1 pinch salt
2 tbsp baking powder
64 g sugar
eggs
4 tbsp oil
128 ml milk

    • 384 g flour
    • 1 pinch salt
    • 2 tbsp baking powder
    • 64 g sugar
    • sieve

    Sift flour, salt, baking powder and sugar into a bowl.

  • Step 2/6

    • 4 tbsp oil
    • 128 ml milk
    • eggs
    • whisk

    In a separate bowl beat 2 eggs, the oil and milk.

  • Step 3/6

    • spatula

    Add wet ingredients to the dry. Mix until it forms a dough. If sticky add a little flour.

  • Step 4/6

    • pastry cutter
    • glass

    Roll out and cut out circles.

  • Step 5/6

    • egg
    • brush

    Brush with beaten egg or milk.

  • Step 6/6

    Bake for 10 - 12 mins. Then enjoy with cheese and jam.
