|400 g||tomato sauce|
|100 g||tomato paste|
|powdered vegetable broth|
|oil for frying|
Peel and halve cucumber lengthwise, carve out and discard the seeds, and slice. Peel onion and finely dice.
Fry the cucumber slices with the onions and ground beef in some oil in a large frying pan until the meat is cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the tomato sauce and paste and season with some powdered vegetable broth and more pepper. Cook until done, serve with rice or another grain and enjoy!
