- 2 cups Wild mushrooms (hedgehog, Chantrell, lobster, etc.)
Clean your mushrooms using a toothbrush or damp paper towel. Slice and set aside in bowl.
Step 2/ 4
Heat cast-iron skillet until hot, then add butter. Once the butter has melted, add your mushrooms.
Step 3/ 4
Sauté mushrooms on medium high until golden brown and almost crispy. About 4-7 minutes.
Step 4/ 4
Put on a paper towel covered plate. Let cool for a couple minutes and enjoy!
