Boil the rice. Prepare the vegetables and cut them into dices. Cut the sausage in pieces. Heat some oil in the pan and fry the peppers and onion for about 5 minutes on a medium heat.
Season it with paprika and garlic granules and stir well
Add the sausages and fry for another minute
Add the tomato purée and fry everything over a high heat.
Season with salt, pepper and chili
Pour in the broth and simmer for 5 minutes
Add the rice and mix everything very well. Season again
