    • 1⅓ tbsp vinegar
    • ¼ kg queso fresco

    On a bowl mix chopped onion Julienne style, sliced cucumber medium pieces, radishes, avocado cubes, shredded cheese, shredded beef, olive oil, vinegar, salt & pepper, mix and let rest for 20 minutes.

    Serve it with corn flower tostadas, mayonnaise, lemon and spice it up with habanero! Enjoy.
