flour
800 ml
milk

eggs
2 tsp
sugar
1 tsp
salt

sunflower oil

    • 800 ml milk
    • pot

    Warm up the milk

  • Step 2/8

    • 8 tbsp flour
    • Flour-sifter

    Sift the flour 3 times

  • Step 3/8

    • 4 eggs
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 2 tsp sugar

    Mix up 1 glass of warmed up milk, eggs, salt and sugar

  • Step 4/8

    Slowly add flour while mixing it to prevent clots

  • Step 5/8

    • 2 tbsp sunflower oil

    Add sunflower oil

  • Step 6/8

    Add the rest of the milk

  • Step 7/8

    Heat up the pan and add a bit of sunflower oil

  • Step 8/8

    Bake the pancakes using the above average heat temperature
