- ⅛ cups Vanilla wafer crumbs
- ⅛ cup Dark Rum
- ⅛ cup honey
- ⅛ cup ground walnuts
- ⅛ tbsp sweetened shredded coconut
Combine ingredients into large bowl and mix.

- confectioner’s sugar (for coating)
Mold a teaspoon of the mixture into a ball. Roll each ball in powdered sugar

Let rum balls cool in refrigerator for 1hr before serving
