lemon zest

black pepper-crusted deli ham slice
Step 1/ 4
- 10 tbsp ricotta cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper-crusted deli ham slice
Mix all ingredients other than the blossoms until they get creamy. Add any greens like you like.
Step 2/ 4
- 20 heads zucchini blossoms
Cover the zucchini blossoms with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
Step 3/ 4
Fill the blossoms with the ricotta filling.
Step 4/ 4
Pre-heat the oven at 200 Celsius degrees and then put all the filled zucchini blossoms. Wait for 10 minutes. Take them out and serve.
