- 300 g salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp sushi ginger
- 1 scallion
- 400 g daikon radishes

Turn on the broil or grill function of your oven. Pat salmon fillets dry and finely dice sushi ginger. Thinly slice scallion. Peel daikon radish and spiralize into long, thin strands.

- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp vegetable oil

Add spiralized radish to a bowl and mix with rice vinegar, sugar, Sichuan pepper, a little salt, and sesame oil. Add salmon fillets to an ovenproof pan and rub the skin side with some vegetable oil. Season with salt. Transfer the pan to the oven and grill salmon, skin side-up, for approx. 5 min. or until the skin is nice and crispy. Arrange salmon and radish on serving plates and sprinkle with scallion and sesame seeds before serving. Enjoy!
