boneless lamb shoulder
1 package
baby potatoes
1 tbsp
olive oil
2½ cloves
garlic
1 tbsp
rosemary
2 tsp
thyme
2 tbsp
olive oil
pepper
salt
Step 1/7
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
Step 2/7
- 2½ cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp rosemary
- 2 tsp thyme
Mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary and thyme in a bowl.
Step 3/7
- 1 boneless lamb shoulder
Spread the mixture on the lamb.
Step 4/7
- 1 package baby potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- pepper
- salt
Pour potatoes into a dish. Douse them in some olive oil, salt and pepper.
Step 5/7
Place the lamb on the potatoes. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on the lamb.
Step 6/7
Cook in the oven for 30 mins.
Step 7/7
Turn the lamb and potatoes around and cook for another 30 mins.
