pesto (for coating)
Step 1/1
Brush the steaks generously with the pesto paste. Dispose in the Pyrex. Cover with the fresh tomato in slices and after cover these with the fresh mozzarella also in slices. Season with salt. Take to the oven for about 20-25 min. at 180C. (Depending on quantity and thickness of the steaks and power of your oven)
