Step 1/ 6
- ⅛ cup Softened butter
- ⅛ egg
- bowl
Let butter and egg sit at room temperature for about an hours
Step 2/ 6
- ⅛ cup White sugar
- ⅛ cup brown sugar
- ⅛ cup crunchy peanut butter
- whisk
- hand mixer with beaters
- hand mixer with dough hook
- spatula
In a bowl, whisk butter, egg, and sugars until well incorporated, fluffy and creamy. Add the peanut butter and keep whisking!
Step 3/ 6
- ¼ cups flour
- ⅛ tsp baking powder
- ⅛ tsp Baking soda
- ⅛ tsp salt
Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl. When you’re done mixing the flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda, add into wet ingredients. Mix until a fluffy dough starts to form!
Step 4/ 6
- ⅛ cup Reese's pieces
- ⅛ cup semi-sweet chocolate chip
Add in the Reese’s pieces and chocolate chips. Leave at least 1/4 cup of Reese’s piece for decorating after baking. Mix into dough until the candies are evenly distributed!
Step 5/ 6
Let dough chill overnight for better results!!! You can also opt on letting the dough chill for 3-4 hours.
Step 6/ 6
- ice cream scoop
Scoop 1/2 or 1 tbsp of the dough, depending on how big you want these, form into a ball and mold it into a “patty.” The shaping of the dough will help the cookie bake evenly and have a soft, but crunchy, texture.
Enjoy your meal!
