put the avocado into a bowl and mash it with a fork. add the chopped red pepper, onion and lime juice and mix everything up

- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- cilantro
cut the cilantro and put it in the bowl, then add the turmeric, paprika and curry and stir it
