chia seeds
4 tsp
frozen fruit
2 tbsp
ground cinnamon
2 tbsp
rolled oat
300 ml
unsweetened almond milk
  • Step 1/ 5

    • 4 tbsp chia seeds
    • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
    • 2 tbsp rolled oat

    Mix them!

  • Step 2/ 5

    • 300 ml unsweetened almond milk

    Add the milk

  • Step 3/ 5

    Rest for 15-20min. (Better in the fridge)

  • Step 4/ 5

    Put it into the microwave for 1,5min.

  • Step 5/ 5

    • 4 tsp frozen fruit

    Finally sprinkle with fruit

  • Enjoy your meal!
