pumpkin pie spice
1 tbsp
vanilla extract

coconut oil (melted)

distilled white vinegar

Step 1/4
- 1 package Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
- 1 tbsp molasses
- 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
- stand mixer with paddle
Add the cookie mix the vinegar the baking powder the vanilla extract the spice the melted coconut oil and the molasses to a stand mixer with the paddle attachment mix till full incorporated
Step 2/4
Place in fridge till oven is heated to 350 Fahrenheit
Step 3/4
place scoops of cookie dough on to a parchment paper lined baking sheet and place in oven for 20 minute
Step 4/4
let cookies rest for 5 minutes then sprinkle with flaky salt đź§‚
