500 g butternut squash (diced)
1000 ml water
chicken broth cube
250 ml cream
1 dash pepper
1 dash nutmeg

    • 500 g butternut squash (diced)

    Dice the pumpkin

  • Step 2/7

    • 1000 ml water
    • chicken broth cube

    Put the pumpkin in a cooking pot and add the water and the chicken broth cubes.

  • Step 3/7

    Cook for 25 minutes.

  • Step 4/7

    Mix everything smoothly

  • Step 5/7

    • 250 ml cream

    Add the cream

  • Step 6/7

    • 1 dash pepper
    • 1 dash nutmeg

    Season with pepper and nutmeg.

    Stir everything again and enjoy your meal!
