- 20 g rolled oats
- 10â…” g chopped walnuts
- 10â…” g chopped pecans
- 9â…“ g pumpkin seeds
- 4 g unsweetened coconut flakes
- 4 g cacao nibs
- 4 g flaxseed meal
- ÂĽ tsp ground cinnamon
- 13â…“ g honey
- 6â…” g coconut oil
Pre-heat oven to 150 degrees. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl. Heating the honey and coconut oil makes this a little easier.

Spread mixture in an even layer on a baking sheet and bake until golden, about 30 minutes (depending on how your oven runs I'd start watching at 20 minutes to prevent burning). Let cool completely before serving.

- 13â…“ g coconut yogurt (for serving)
- 6â…” g mixed berries (for serving)
Serve with whatever toppings you like, I love coconut yoghurt and berries!
