|2 l||cube steak|
|4 cloves||minced garlic|
|2||Onion gravy packet|
|1 tsp||Jalepeno garlic salt|
|1 pinch||red cayenne pepper|
|flour (for coating)|
Combine flour, minced garlic, and seasonings into a ziplock bag.
Cut cube steak into strips
Place cube steak into the zip lock bag and coat the meat
Add olive oil to a frying pan and turn onto Medium-High heat
Sear the cube steak on each side and remove from the pan
Mix cream of mushroom soup, 1 cup of water and both gravy packets together in a bowl.
Peel potatoes and cut into cubes and dice the bell pepper and onion and add to a bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
Coat the bottom of the pressure cooker with the soup mixture.
Add cube steak on top on the soup mixture
Add the veggies on top on the cube steak.
Pour the rest of the soup mixture on top.
Cook for 50 Minutes on medium heat in the pressure cooker.
