1 kg boiled potatoes
200 ml milk
1 scoop butter
80 g cheddar
1 pinch dill
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1 pinch sweet paprika
1 pinch spicy paprika
1 scoop olive oil
  • Step 1/4

    • medium size carrots
    • parsnips
    • onion
    • 1 scoop olive oil

    Cut parsnips and carrots and onion into small cubes, hit up oil on the pan and begin frying the cubes for 10min. Meanwhile start boiling the potatoes in slated wateruuntil soft- it takes around 20min. Heat up the oven, fan, 190 degrees.

    • 1 pinch dill
    • 1 pinch salt
    • 1 pinch pepper
    • 1 pinch sweet paprika
    • 1 pinch spicy paprika

    After 10 min add all spices. Remember that the spices can be amended to your taste, for example, don't add spicy paprika if you don't like :) Fry it with the spices for another 3min.

    • 1 kg boiled potatoes
    • 200 ml milk
    • 1 scoop butter
    • 80 g cheddar

    Once potatoes are mixed add milk and butter and mash. Then add the fried veggies half the of cheddar and mix to combine.

    Move the mixture into baking tray and sprinkle the top with the rest of cheddar. Bake 15 min until the cheese is brownish.
