- 500 ml milk
- 8 tbsp milk
- 8 tbsp rolled oats
- 4 tsp sugar
- saucepan
Put the milk and the oat in a saucepan

Sometimes I like to heat first the oats and then add the milk!
Step 3/8
Cook at medium heat for 10 minutes or until you get the desired texture.
Step 4/8
- 2 Banana (or any fruit)
- honey (or any sirup)
Serve it in a bowl and let it cool a little bit
Step 5/8
If you like it colder, I recommend you not cook it for so long and remove it from the heat when it is still a little liquid since when it cools completely the oatmeal flakes will swell and become thicker.

In the mean time, cut the fruit
Step 7/8
Add your favorite toppings with the fruit to your porridge and enjoy!
Step 8/8
You can also add some cynamon, sirup and nuts.
