Ingredients

small pumpkin
½ clove
garlic
½ tbsp
coconut oil
¼
red pointed pepper
1 sprigs
cilantro
½ pinch
salt

Utensils

2 knives, garlic press, cutting board, baking pan, blender

  • Step 1/8

    • ½ small pumpkin
    • knife

    Cut the pumpkin in half and remove the seeds. Cut the pumpkin in small pieces

  • Step 2/8

    • ½ clove garlic
    • ½ red onion
    • ½ tbsp coconut oil
    • garlic press
    • knife
    • cutting board
    • baking pan

    Heat up the pan and cut the union and de Garlic in small pieces. Fruit them in the coconut oil.

  • Step 3/8

    • 1 sweet potatoes
    • ¼ red pointed pepper
    • 1 sprigs cilantro

    Cut the sweet potatoes in pieces. Add the sweet potato, the pumpkin, the pepper and cilantro to the pan and Bake for 5 minutes

  • Step 4/8

    • ½ l vegetable broth

    Add the vegatable broth to the pan and Cook on low heat for 25 minutes untill potatoes are very soft

  • Step 5/8

    Remove cilantro from pan

  • Step 6/8

    • blender

    Blend the soup with a blender till there are no big pieces left.

  • Step 7/8

    • ½ pinch salt

    Add salt to taste

  • Step 8/8

    Soup is now ready to be served!
