16 oz Cooked and drained spaghetti
Poblano Peppers roasted without skin, seeds and veins
1 clove garlic
Bouillon chicken cube
⅛ cup cilantro
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup milk

  • A plate and a fork
  • Step 1/3

    • blender

    Put the poblano peppers, cream cheese, garlic, cilantro, the bouillon cube and milk in a blender until they are smooth and well mixed together.

    • A pan and a spoon

    In a pan put the drained cooked spaghetti with all the mix from the blender and heat on low until the flavors are well combined and the spaghetti is hot.

  • Step 3/3

    • A plate and a fork

    Serve and enjoy.
